The world has changed—and today’s teens need more than good grades to thrive. At Exit Springboard, we give 14–18-year-olds the tools to start micro-businesses, build financial confidence, and develop real-world skills all while they’re still under the safety net of parental support.
We’re not just teaching business. We’re helping teens discover their passions, take smart risks, and gain the independence they need to succeed in life, whether they choose college, a career, or scaling their own company.
 🌱 What Does the 4-Year Journey Look Like?
At Exit Springboard, we guide teens through a step-by-step program designed to grow with them from 9th to 12th grade:
🏗️ Year 1: Explore & Launch
Students learn the foundations of entrepreneurship, brainstorm ideas, and launch their first microbusiness. They build confidence, problem-solving skills, and make their first real-world sales.
🌿 Year 2: Refine & Grow
With experience under their belt, students pivot, refine their business model, and explore new opportunities to scale. We introduce financial literacy and smart money management to grow profits and independence.
🌳 Year 3: Lead & Mentor
Students step into leadership roles, mentor younger participants, and focus on advanced business strategies. They learn how to balance work, life, and long-term goals.
🚀 Year 4: Showcase & Future Ready
Graduates present their businesses at a final showcase event, pitch to potential investors, and map out next steps—whether it’s scaling their company, heading to college with savings, or starting something entirely new.
By the end of this journey, teens won’t just be ready for adulthood they’ll already be thriving in it.

I’m John Lynch, the founder of Exit Springboard. For over 20 years, I’ve been coaching and mentoring young people, helping them build confidence, life skills, and the courage to take smart risks.
As an entrepreneur and a father of three, I know how important it is to give teens real-world experience before they step into adulthood. That’s why I created this program to help teens launch their first business, grow their confidence, and prepare for whatever path they choose next.
I believe every teen deserves a safe space to explore their potential, take chances, and build something they’re proud of. At Exit Springboard, I help them do just that turning ideas into action and giving them a head start on life.
After the first year, if your teen doesn't make the cost of tuition back in year 1 revenue, we will refund the difference.Â
